As a Juvenile Correctional Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, structured, and rehabilitative environment for youth in our care. Your responsibilities include:
Supervising and mentoring youth in a secure facility
Implementing behavior management and de-escalation strategies
Providing guidance to support rehabilitation and reintegration
Working as part of a dedicated team committed to youth success
requirement:
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in human services preferred)
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical fitness test
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
